It's not all bad, but it's not all good

The staff was friendly! The breakfast selection was satisfying with various options including delicious waffles that actually tasted light and fluffy.

The check-in was via kiosk. Some areas lacked cleanliness and maintenance, leading to discomfort.

Well, it was a very comfortable stay on a road trip. We booked an exceptionally clean and cozy room with a couch for added seating. The location was unbeatable, so close to restaurants. There was Arby's nearby to grab something to eat.

If you're in the mood for some tasty local bites, Arby's and Cracker Barrel are just a stone's throw away-perfect for late-night cravings. Loved the cozy vibe of the King Room, with a microwave and fridge at my disposal. Plus, the A/C kept things chill during those hot summer days.

Now, here's the kicker, breakfast was a bit of a letdown. The area was more unsanitary than I'd hoped, and who wants watered-down juice? Plus, a few mismatched mattresses were hanging out at the pool area for way too long.

The air conditioning worked wonderfully, keeping the room cool amidst the summer heat. The friendliness of the staff was good, but I noticed some areas could use minor maintenance.

Where do I even start? The tub looked dirty and needs a serious deep clean. The missing wall tile next to the sink was just the start of the disappointments. To top it off, the bed was lumpy in spots-totally unacceptable for a hotel stay! I expected far better for the price we paid.

A decent spot for families

The breakfast had a decent variety. We had eggs and sausage and the usual stuff, made mornings a bit easier for the kids. One morning, we chatted with housekeeping, and she, accommodating our requests like it was no trouble at all.

Wasn't really cheap, but you know, it was still acceptable for our stay.
